Documentary wedding photographer from Belgium, Europe
I was that kid who always juggled a camera with them from the age of 14. I got my first (at the time) fancy camera, and my main subjects were my cats, my sister and my friends. Even though I was obsessed with photography, I never really thought it was possible to make a living out of it. So I went and studied Journalism. After completing my bachelor’s I realized I love storytelling, but somehow along the way I lost my creativity. My boyfriend pushed me to go after my dream and study a photography bachelor in Brussels. I quickly fell in love with street photography, capturing small moments that no one might’ve seen and getting to know new people through photography. When I got the chance to photograph my first wedding in 2018, something clicked. The beautiful chaos of it gave me so much energy. I got to photograph big, memorable moments, but also tiny fleeting moments all at once. It felt like hitting the photography jackpot.
